Contract for “Personalized Marketing Mastery for Business Owners” Program
This contract is made between JSBC Marketing (“Coach”) and The Client (“Client”) for the Personalized Marketing Mastery Coaching Program for Business Owners.
1. Program Description:
Duration: 6 months
Session Length: Each session will be 1.5 hours in duration via zoom.
Total Number of Sessions: 12 (two sessions per month)
2. Payment Terms:
Pay-As-You-Go Option: The Client agrees to pay $300 per session. Payment must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Pay in Full Option: The Client may choose to pay for the entire program in advance and receive a 20% discount on the total cost. The discounted total will be $2,880
Payments are accepted via credit card or bank transfer.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations:
Sessions are scheduled online through Calendly
The Client is responsible for scheduling their sessions on time.
Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee of $45 will be charged for sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Missed sessions without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.
4. No Refunds or Returns:
All payments made to JSBC Marketing for the “Personalized Marketing Mastery for Business Owners” program are final. There will be no refunds or returns for sessions attended or unattended.
JSBC Marketing does not guarantee specific results from participation in this program. The effectiveness of the coaching sessions is contingent upon the Client’s commitment and implementation of strategies discussed.
All information shared during the sessions will remain confidential between the Coach and the Client, except as required by law.
7. Client Commitment:
The Client agrees to actively participate in the program and apply the learned strategies to their business.
8. Coach Commitment:
JSBC Marketing agrees to provide professional coaching services and to support the Client in achieving their marketing goals.
9. Intellectual Property:
Any materials, tools, or resources provided during the program are the intellectual property of JSBC Marketing and are for personal use by the Client only.
10. Termination of Agreement:
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. In such an event, the Client will be responsible for payment of all sessions completed before termination.
