FRESH TRUTH Leadership™, led by the charismatic Nicola, radiates an aura of genuine joy that is palpable and inspiring. With a passion for promoting ‘realness’ in the workplace and fostering sustainable Human Resourcing, Nicola envisioned a brand that perfectly encapsulated this essence and a website that could effectively communicate her vision to the world. Our mission was to create a visual representation of Nicola’s infectious joy and authentic leadership values, embodied in an intuitive and engaging digital platform.
FRESH TRUTH Leadership™ had a distinct goal: to embed Nicola’s vision and passion into a brand that truly resonates and an online platform that could reach and inspire leaders worldwide. The challenge was to capture the abstract concepts of authenticity, joy, and sustainable leadership in a tangible, impactful brand and an engaging, user-friendly website. Nicola’s vision was clear, yet translating these complex, emotionally charged concepts into a concise visual identity and a digital platform posed a unique challenge.
We kicked off our journey by immersing ourselves in Nicola’s world. We embraced her vision, her values, her joy, and her authenticity, allowing them to guide us through the creative process. Our design team carefully crafted a brand identity that mirrored the vibrant energy and authenticity that Nicola emanates. We chose colors that radiated joy, designed a logo that echoed the cycle of sustainable leadership, and selected typography that reflected Nicola’s approachable yet professional personality.
As for the website, our aim was to create a digital ecosystem that embodies Nicola’s passion for nurturing balanced, thriving workplace cultures. We designed an intuitive user experience, prioritizing accessibility and ease of navigation. Each page tells a part of Nicola’s story, inspiring leaders to embrace authenticity and joy in their leadership roles.
